Our skilled chefs cook our "Salted Grilled Sweetfish" until the skin is crispy and the meat is fluffy.
Ayutei has its own fish pond, so the fresh sashimi they serve is surprisingly satisfying and has many repeat customers!
Our most popular dish is "Ayu Kamameshi" (rice cooked in a pot), which is infused with the broth and flavor of sweetfish and also features the scorched rice.
This dish uses plenty of sweetfish.

"Ayu no Hiraki" is a delicacy made by filling up ayu fish and drying it overnight, concentrating its flavor.
"Funanatto" is a premium small-grain natto from Okukuji Made in Okukuji, with a rich, solid flavor that makes the most of the natural flavor of soybeans.
