"Ayu no Hiraki" is a delicacy made by filling up ayu fish and drying it overnight, concentrating its flavor.
"Funanatto" is a premium small-grain natto from Okukuji Made in Okukuji, with a rich, solid flavor that makes the most of the natural flavor of soybeans.
